So the exact amount charged in your currency, onto your credit card account, may vary by a few percent up to something like 10 percent, depending upon the vagaries of international exchange buy and sell rates, and our credit card processing bank.

For free software based on support revenues to be viable, people have to be more inclined to use our support service than they are to use the support services of persons who bundle our software with what they sell. Frankly, they are not, and this is why providing service on free software is failing as a business model for producing free software.

Real bugs not described in the FAQ, and present in our bl.reynolds.net.au service, result in your money back. Funny how most software vendors don't give you your money back on support calls about bugs you find, isn't it?

You are probably aware that our competitors in the Linux support business charge amounts in the vicinity of US$250/hr.
